The following are the documents presented to the Mayor and City Commission for the ordinance pertaining to the "commercial uses" of residential property (also known as, "The Party Ordinance").

This ordinance, which was passed at the February 13th Commission meeting and went into effect ten days later (February 23, 2008), was the beginning of the systematic attempt by the City and a minority of residents to restrict the rights of property owners.
